How subscription fees, AI usage, and advertising budgets are treated.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees provide access to the co-Suite software according to the selected plan. Plans may be monthly or yearly and may include different limits, seats, AI usage, storage, or publishing capabilities.
Advertising budgets
Advertising budgets are separate from subscription fees. Media spend may be charged by platforms such as Meta or Google, or managed through a dedicated budget balance. The user is responsible for campaign approvals and budget decisions.
AI and generation costs
Some AI operations, especially image/video generation and high-volume content generation, may have additional cost, limits, or balance deductions.
Failed payments and suspension
If payment fails or balance becomes insufficient, co-Suite may pause generation, publishing, analytics refreshes, or campaign-management functions until payment or balance is restored.
